Order Placement

Orders may be placed by phone to our office at (704) 721-3319. Our regular business hours are 8AM to 5PM EST Monday through Thursday and 4pm on Friday, excluding major holidays. All products are in stock unless otherwise listed on our website. All orders are processed for shipping within one business day.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal. All orders must be prepaid before delivery. North Carolina residents add sales tax. We do not offer COD.

USPS Priority Flat Rate Shipping

Universal Automotive Service, Inc. will now be offering USPS Priority Flat Rate Shipping with a wide variety of boxes.

SHIPPING: Federal Express and UPS

Orders are normally shipped via UPS and Federal Express, unless other arrangements are made. UPS or Fed Ex. is not able to deliver to P.O. boxes. You must provide a residential or business address for delivery. All orders are carefully packaged before they leave our facility. Loss or mishandling of boxes by the carrier is the responsibility of the carrier. All claims for damaged or lost goods should be reported to the carrier.

WARRANTY POLICY

All products we provide for sale are covered by the, "Manufacturer's Warranty Policy." If you have a warranty problem, please contact the manufacturer directly (Manufacturer will be given when asked) Universal Automotive Service, Inc. cannot be held responsible for damage to any products or items related to or due to customer negligence or abuse. When you have considered all of your options; please feel free to contact us with any concerns that you may have. Buyer agrees to be bound by the policies of Universal Automotive Service, Inc. and has read all such policies before placement of any order. 

REFUND & WARRANTY POLICY UNIVERSAL AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE, INC

These terms and conditions constitute the return, refund and our warranty policy. 
Terms and Conditions for return and refund as follows

RETURNS:
IF WE MADE A MISTAKE....NO PROBLEM We Will Take Care of It!
IF YOU MADE A MISTAKE OR DO NOT WANT OR NEED SOME OR ALL OF THE PARTS THAT YOU PURCHASED

PLEASE READ BELOW:
1.NO Custom-Built Driveshaft will be accepted for return. NO Refunds!
2.NO SPECIAL ORDER or FACTORY DIRECT is accepted for return. NO Refunds!
3.The merchandise must be returned to us within 60 days of purchase date, or it will not be accepted for return. 
4.We will not issue any refund on items that have been installed or used or if they show signs of being installed, abused, damaged or rusty. 
1. The customers have [60 Workdays] to check their purchases and contact UNIVERSAL AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE, INC.
2. All products we provide for sale are covered by the “Manufacturer’s Warranty Policy." If you have a warranty problem, please contact the manufacturer directly. 3. The products/parts must be returned within [60 Workdays] under the following conditions: 
a. The condition of the purchase must be the same as it was at the time of purchase, 
b. It must contain all tags. 
c. It must not be damaged. 
d. The customer must bring the purchase receipt. 
4. After 60 days of purchasing or not fulfilling any of the conditions provided in clause 3, UNIVERSAL AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE, INC shall not accept any return, and no money will be refunded. 

REFUND AMOUNTS: READ THIS CAREFULLY
IF WE RECEIVE YOUR RETURN within 30 days of the original order date a 20% restocking/handling fee will be charged on any order that is returned.
IF WE RECEIVE YOUR RETURN between 31 to 45 days after the original purchase date a 25% restocking/handling fee will be charged on any order that is returned.
IF WE RECEIVE YOUR RETURN between 46 to 60 days after the original purchase date a 40% restocking/handling fee will be charged on any order that is returned.
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 60 DAYS of the original purchase date.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
No warranty expresses or implied applies to any part or service offered by UNIVERSAL AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE, INC. Purchaser or user assumes ALL risks from the use of any item or service purchased or acquired. If a u-joint breaks and damages the entire unit, the replacement of the drive shaft will be at the expense of the owner. We cannot be responsible for universal joint breakage due to the many circumstances that we have no control over. Excessive joint angle, lack of maintenance or improper universal joint series due to the purchaser understating the intended usage, or the addition of horsepower over and above that which the driveshaft was originally built for, improper installation, usage of driveshaft in another vehicle other than the one it was built for. We cannot be responsible for conditions that we have no control over. 

RETURN POLICY  

Please E-mail @400uasi@gmail.com or call 704-721-3319 within 7 business days of receiving item/items with reason/reasons for return before sending back. Refund will be issued upon receipt of item/items when verified to be the original item/items sold in original excellent condition. Returning the unused item or product in excellent shape is a must to qualify for entire purchase price. Prompt refund upon receipt of item/items you purchased will be given when condition is validated. A Valid Reason Must Be Given for Returns! Return shipment fees are the responsibility of the customer. We will gladly work with you to make sure you are able to get the products or items you need when you place your order again. 

RETURNS

All product returns are subject to a restocking fee. Returns are subject to inspection. Returned items must be in new condition. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please contact us prior to returning any products. All returned boxes must have the invoice number clearly marked on the outside of the box or a copy of the invoice inside.
