Our business was established in 1985, we are a family-owned company providing customers with high-quality products and personal service. Our office is conveniently located in the heart of Cabarrus County, Concord, NC. Frank Abernethy, owner, president/operator of Universal Automotive Service, Inc. takes pride in providing our customers with SERVICE where it counts, in YOU, our customer.
Josh Abernethy, son and co-worker, works hand in hand with Frank to provide YOU our customer, custom fabrication work, lift kits, gears, lockers, rock sliders and more. Our customers come first and always have in our company. Jake Abernethy, our youngest son of 15 yrs., is learning the trade and we are sure he will continue to prove himself through his skills and learning knowledge and experience. At Universal Automotive Service, Inc., providing good customer service means taking the time to listen and making sure our work leaves here with our stamp of approval on it.
